Increase stamina, reduce fat, improve bone density and balance, plus strengthen and tone muscles! We combine short cardio intervals with resistance training, emphasize proper form, and modify for all fitness abilities. Sandy is an experienced and skilled, certified personal trainer and massage therapist, who uses our bodyweight and a variety of equipment to get results. You bring dumbbells and mat. Gain knowledge and challenge yourself with great workouts. Let's get motivated, have fun, and improve our health and fitness together!

Your abs are a major part of your core, and essential we get and keep ours strong. Your glutes are the largest muscle of your body- helping hips, knees, lower back etc. We plan to wake ours up. We also add cardio intervals to burn off our fat. Plus, a flat stomach and firm round glutes can look and feel great. Join us to improve your health and fitness! (Bring a mat and towel)
