New Class being offered by HEALTHROUTES at the Burlingame Recreation Center Mondays 5:45pm beginning August 27th....
thru December 10th (13 classes)
It is called BETTER BUTTS & BELLIES, which is also the name of my small group personal training sessions. The first part of the class includes challenging interval training to reduce fat, increase stamina, and strengthen + tone your muscles. Modifications given to fit various fitness levels. This is then followed by continued fun fitness by learning a Solo Salsa Dance + an R&B/Hip Hop Dance Routine -
this is from my "Hot yet Cool" series.
You can participate whether you live in Burlingame ($155)
or whether you are a non-resident ($184),
and includes the registration cost in the price quoted.
Both a great price since you will train for 13 classes!!!
There will be some skipped Mondays for holidays when the center is closed:
Our first class will be August 27th ...
(skip Sept. 3rd)...
Then September 10th + 17th + 24th + October 1st ...(skip Oct. 8th)...
Then October 15th + 22nd + 29th + November 5th...(skip Nov. 12th)...
And November 19th + 26th + December 3rd + 10th
Course description will come out in last half of July in Burlingame Brochure and will then also be placed on the website (see below).

BETTER BUTTS & BELLIES
Reduce fat, strengthen and tone the muscles, and increase
your stamina with various challenging interval training -
modifications given for individual differences and as you
increase your fitness and confidence. Though a full body
workout we especially target the core and glutes. Last part
of the hours you learn two dance routines - one is solo Salsa
dancing, and the other is R&B/Hip Hop routine. The dance part
is called “Hot yet Cool” and adds even more fun. Sandy is a
certified personal trainer and massage therapist making sure you
train with good form, and seriously gets results.Wear athletic shoes,
bring towel, water, and be ready to GO FOR IT!
