HIIT Fat Blast & Toning
        6pm - 7pm

HIIT (high intensity interval training), is well documented as a great way to reduce fat and increase stamina! When done with the proper exercises it gives the metabolism a boost which lasts greater then 24 hours - way longer than steady cardio - in less then half the time. And when resistance is added (both bodyweight and varied portable equipment) results increase, while strengthening and toning your muscles. It is a total body workout with an emphasis on the core. Get the energy of working in a small group with the attention and expertise of having an experienced and skilled certified personal fitness trainer. Sandy is also a massage therapist, and know the importance of making sure you train safely with good form, and gives modifications as needed.  All levels welcome - get motivated and make your goals happen!

  R&B/Hip Hop Dancing

15pm - 8:15pm

Learn R&B/Hip Hop, and improve your dance confidence! Experience control over your body by isolating and coordinating different muscles. We do big moves for exercise, and then make them into smaller ones to use on the dance floor. Plus we turn up the heat with a fitness interval - including how to then change some exercises into dance twists. After getting our sweat on we learn new dance steps repeated till you feel the flavor, and then continue to add on till we have a fun dance routine. Sandy is a certified fitness trainer who also likes sharing her love of dancing by choreographing and then breaking it all down for others to learn some cool dance moves to enjoy.
